SUMMER FUN PROGRAM

Form must be filled out daily by parent or guardian & presented to the front desk at Emerson Lanes. Copies are also available at the front desk. Limited to (2) games per child per day. Bowlers can rent shoes for $4.50 or bring their own. Open to all school-age children. Form not valid for birthday parties, Cosmic Bowling on Fridays & Saturdays 9p-12a, league bowling or day care groups.
